Our Team
Our Company’s stated mission is to provide comprehensive development support to out-of-Province retailers and developers/owners throughout Quebec, acting as our clients’ de-facto in-house real estate department. We act on behalf of a limited number of clients with defined, exclusive relationships.
Services range from providing socio-demographic studies and developing strategic plans, through market analysis, site identification, lease negotiation and property acquisition.
In addition to extensive experience in brokerage and consulting, we have the added advantage of having acted as Landlord, Developer, Retailer and Franchisor. Our firm has been in existence for twelve years, with our senior people averaging over twenty years of real estate experience.

Bio
John has 20 years experience in commercial real estate. John represents a number of large format retail users, overseeing store network development in Quebec and has been involved with North American’s Quebec land assemblies and major lease transactions. John holds an undergraduate degree in Geography and a Masters in Business Administration from McGill University.

Bio
Glenn has 27 years retail real estate development experience, founding Siteworks 18 years ago. Glenn is involved in strategic planning and development strategy.
Acting as Managing Partner-Eastern Canada for North American Development Group, Glenn has overseen 3 million square feet of retail development in the Halifax and Montreal areas. Glenn graduated from Concordia University in Montreal.

Bio
Anthony Guerriero is our director of Retail development, with over 20 years of experience in retail operations with major retailers such as Zellers, The Bay and Aldo shoes. His retail experience provides us with an in-house "retailers perspective" which allows us a better understanding our customers business strategies and hence improves our capabilities for servicing their needs. Along with developing new business relations and working with retail customers on their real estate strategies, he is also responsible for commercial leasing, and over all project management activities. Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Concordia University in Montreal.
