Home Siteworks’ stated mission is to provide comprehensive development support to out-of-Province retailers and developers/owners throughout Quebec, acting as our clients’ de-facto in-house real estate department. We act on behalf of a limited number of clients with defined, exclusive relationships. Services range from providing socio-demographic studies and developing strategic plans, through market analysis, site identification, lease negotiation and property acquisition. In addition to extensive experience in brokerage and consulting, we have the added advantage of having acted as Landlord, Developer, Retailer and Franchisor.
